To enhance living conditions for residents, the specialists of the «Housing Services» regularly carry out maintenance work on residential buildings. This includes partial roof repairs, pipe replacements, heating system servicing, electrical installation work, and other essential activities. 

Daily, the company's staff maintains cleanliness in the surrounding areas by cleaning yards, sidewalks, and emptying trash containers.

Additionally, municipal workers carry out grass mowing, tree trimming, and flowerbed maintenance. They also participate in city-wide cleaning events and the removal of illegal dumps when needed.

Since the beginning of the year, «Housing Services» has received 136 requests from residents. By the end of February, 129 requests were completed, leaving 7 outstanding.
At residents' requests, work was done on pipe repairs (55), heating systems (31), water supply (22), and electrical networks (18).

The «Fountain» service received 195 requests, completed 135, with 60 remaining.

The «Black Sea» service handled 917 requests, completing repairs on pipelines (241) and electrical networks (131).

The «Khmelnytskyi» service processed 161 requests, with 152 completed and 9 pending.

The «Porto-François» service received 144 requests, with 98 completed and 46 remaining.

The «Cheremushki» service processed 329 requests, completing 292 with 37 still pending. They also addressed 101 information requests.

The «Vuzovsky» service processed 73 requests, completing 45 with 28 outstanding.
