After the launch of digital education documents in the 'Diya' application, Ukrainians have generated them more than 26 million times.
This was announced by the Minister of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovyi, at the conference titled "Post-Education Dream", as reported by "Interfax".
"Thanks to close collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we have implemented several solutions in recent years that have made education significantly more convenient for students, pupils, parents, and teachers. The 'Diya' app has introduced digital education documents, which have already been generated over 26 million times," the minister stated.
He also noted that the ministry has streamlined the submission of documents for participation in the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), implemented a fully electronic record-keeping system for children in schools, and created the possibility for submitting applications for student transfers or enrollments in educational institutions in digital format.
It is worth noting that the option to obtain education documents became available in the 'Diya' app in March 2024.
The Ministry of Education and Science explained that diplomas, certificates, or attestations are "pulled" automatically, but only those are displayed for which information is contained in the Register of Education Documents of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE).
Additionally, the app does not include education documents that were not transferred after the occupation.
