In Ukraine, the share of job vacancies for people with disabilities has risen from 7% to 12% over the past two years.

This is highlighted in a study by Work.ua.

The number of job offers suitable for people with disabilities increased from 4,315 in January 2023 to 12,092 in March 2025.

Available positions for people with disabilities include: sales consultant, sales manager, driver, customer service manager, cashier, accountant, cleaner, loader, call center operator, pharmacist, general laborer, cook, and security guard.

Work.ua also analyzed which job positions have the highest percentage of offers for people with disabilities:

bank branch specialist (57% of all vacancies for this position are suitable for people with disabilities);

• operations cashier (56%);
• solderer (40%);
• German language teacher (36%);
• Polish language teacher (34%);
• international driver (33%);
• financial consultant (32%).

Additionally, Work.ua analyzed which industries have the highest share of vacancies labeled "For People with Disabilities":

• Non-profit, charitable, and community organizations — 26%;
• Finance, banking, and insurance — 26%;
• Media and communications — 25%;
• Security and safety — 25%;
• Machine engineering — 19%.
