As of April 1, the previous booking rules are no longer valid. All bookings made under the old regulations are canceled. Companies that have updated their criticality status can continue to book their employees, while others need to comply with the new requirements.

Key changes effective April 1:

• Old bookings are canceled
• New booking requests will be processed in 72 hours instead of 24
• Only companies with updated criticality status can make bookings

If your company still has an old criticality status:

1. Check how to update your criticality status here
2. Once the new status is confirmed, proceed to book your employees

Please remember that all bookings must be made electronically through the Diia portal. No paper documents are required from company directors.
