Following a recent incident that affected banks and other services, the data center has successfully restored services for most of its clients.
According to De Nova's CEO, Maxim Ageev, the power outage lasted from 8:03 to 8:17.
The exact cause of the incident is still unknown, but Ageev dismissed the possibility of a cyberattack.
He mentioned that the issue arose during scheduled maintenance when the automatic power switching system malfunctioned, preventing access to the backup power supply.
Ageev noted that De Nova has restored services for the majority of its clients, but some companies are still in line to resume operations, which may take several hours.
