The Minister of Health, Victor Lyashko, emphasized in his address that being a healthcare professional is not just a job, but a true calling.

"Once, they carefully listened to the breath of their favorite toy. Today, they save lives. Those who chose the path of medicine," - the minister stated.

According to him, it all starts small: with curiosity, play, childhood dreams, and later - with decisions, education, practice, shifts, fatigue, responsibility, and an immense desire to help.

"Healthcare professionals are always with us, especially during the toughest times. This is the nurse who supports a child in the treatment room. This is the doctor who not only heals but also holds your hand. This is the paramedic who saves time in emergencies. This is the military medic who rescues under fire. This is the rehabilitation specialist who helps individuals return to life. These are the ones working in frontline hospitals, understanding the significance of their presence. And those who are at their posts every day — in the operating room, at the clinic, in the ambulance," - highlighted the head of the Ministry of Health.
