On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will take place for the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). This is reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this period, the Register will be temporarily unavailable along with related services, including:
- digital veteran ID in the apps «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- status checks for veterans at authorized person offices (APO);
- automated status checks for benefits and payments.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain protected. After the maintenance is completed, the Register and its related services will resume normal operation.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database that contains information about individuals with veteran status, combatants, and others affected by war. The Register ensures automated status verification for providing benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with various digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs urges everyone to consider the temporary limitations in operations and to inform veterans and the public about potential inconveniences.
