Over two days on the coast of Odesa, divers from the Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, and Odesa regions completed a certification process to confirm their readiness for diving operations.
The first day focused on theoretical knowledge: divers underwent safety technique testing and learned operational rules.
The second day was practical: participants practiced underwater descents, worked with equipment, and demonstrated effective teamwork.
Those who passed the certification are officially qualified to perform diving work throughout the year.
