Empowering Women in Digital Transformation: New Program Launch

The registration for the «Women in the Digital Era: Leadership in Public Service Transformation» program is now open. This initiative is designed for women eager to take a more active role in the digital changes in public administration.

The program consists of 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. Participants will gain knowledge through interactive lectures, case study analyses, and workshops that will help them develop skills and implement innovative solutions in the field of digitalization.

This program targets professionals who already have experience in public service digitalization and wish to enhance their managerial skills, strategic thinking, and implement new ideas.

Program duration: May – September 2025.

Eligible candidates include:

Women working in government bodies or subordinate institutions.

Candidates with higher education and at least 2 years of professional experience.

Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional level.

Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

Registration deadline is April 28.

This program is implemented within the framework of the «Diia Support Project» funded by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
