Renowned Ukrainian high jumper Oleg Doroshchuk is set to participate in the Diamond League event in Monaco on July 11.

This was announced by the competition's press service, which released the list of participants for the men's high jump event.

Doroshchuk had to miss the recent European Team Championships 2025 in Madrid due to a knee injury, with Dmytro Nikitin stepping in for him.

So far in the current summer season, Doroshchuk has only competed once – at the Diamond League event in Rome, where he secured second place with a height of 2.30 meters.

In March, he participated in the indoor world championship, finishing fifth with a jump of 2 m 28 cm. Prior to this, Oleg won gold at the European Championships held in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, with a result of 2 m 34 cm.
