The city of Khmelnytskyi recently hosted a significant boxing tournament that served as a qualifier for the European championship for youth born in 2011-2012.

Approximately 350 boxers from various regions of Ukraine participated in the competition.

Alexander Shchupak, a student from Sports School No. 8 in Odessa, fought in four matches, winning three and finishing in second place.

This achievement secures Alexander's position on the national youth boxing team.

He was trained by coaches Volodymyr Osypchuk and Ihor Hordiienko.
