On the night of September 23, Odesa was once again targeted by the enemy. As a result of the attack, 9 residential buildings and an educational institution in the Kyiv district were damaged. 
At 8:00 AM, the operational headquarters of the area began its work. 
Efforts to address the aftermath and clear the debris involve workers from the KP «JKS «Vuzivskyi», district administration staff, KP «City Roads», as well as specialized equipment. 
As of 9:00 AM, 130 windows have been reported damaged. The educational institution has 30 broken windows. Work to cover the windows with plastic film and OSB boards is ongoing. 
The operational headquarters has already received inquiries from 19 residents of the damaged buildings. The headquarters will continue its work until 5:00 PM.
