In Odesa, the restoration of an apartment building located at 8-v Shevchenko Avenue is ongoing after it has suffered multiple damages due to shelling by foreign forces.
The latest strike occurred on November 18, 2024.

The Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council is overseeing the project.

The plan includes a complete roof reconstruction, updating of ceilings, reinforcement of load-bearing structures, and other construction and restoration works.

Currently, the strengthening of the first-floor walls has been completed, with a reinforced concrete slab installed above the arch, monolithic belts constructed, and a major repair of approximately 4,500 square meters of roofing.

The next phase involves strengthening and insulating the existing wooden ceiling, along with the construction of aerated concrete walls on the second floor.

The completion of the work is scheduled for the end of this year.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the restoration of the apartment building at 8/4 Shevchenko Avenue was recently completed, which involved a complete overhaul of waterproofing around the entire perimeter, repairs to the pavement and roof, and restoration of the facade.
