A city operational headquarters has been established at 137 Balkivska Street in the Khadzhybey district of Odessa to manage the aftermath of the attack.

Officials from the district administration are accepting applications for financial assistance under the city program «Unbreakable Odessa» and providing guidance on the necessary documentation for the eRecovery program.
