Workers from the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» in Odesa, following directives from district administrations, are actively engaged in removing equipment that negatively impacts the quality of the street infrastructure. 

Since the beginning of 2025, Odesa has dismantled 94 illegally installed uniparkers and other elements (concrete blocks, posts, barriers, speed bumps, and more).

This work is being carried out to improve the operational characteristics of the streets and ensure free movement for pedestrians and vehicles, in accordance with the directives of the Odesa City Council.

The Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council has instructed the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» to carry out the removal of illegally installed equipment, such as uniparkers, concrete blocks, barriers, and other elements that hinder the proper functioning of urban amenities.
