Starting August 15, 2025, new regulations for traffic will be implemented at the intersection of 28th Brigade Street and Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue in Odesa.

Due to a temporary ban on vehicle movement along 28th Brigade Street (formerly known as Paustovskogo) at the intersection with Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue (formerly known as Dobrovolskogo), the Department of Transportation and Traffic Organization of the Odesa City Council will modify the city public transport scheme.

From August 15 to 21, 2025 (or until the completion of repair work), changes will be made to the routes of city public transport:
          
Bus Route No. 165:

• Terminal stop towards 28th Brigade Street – Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• Towards Slobidka (Oncology Dispensary) – buses will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.

Bus Route No. 190:

• Terminal stop towards 28th Brigade Street – Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• Towards the railway station – buses will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.           

Bus Route No. 240:

• Terminal stop towards 28th Brigade Street – Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• Towards Preobrazhenska Street – buses will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.            

Bus Route No. 242:

• Terminal stop towards Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue – 28th Brigade Street, 11/3;
• Towards OOMS (Watermen's Hospital) – buses will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue 130/1.
