Starting from September 3, 2025, work will commence on the restoration of the infrastructure and coastal reinforcement from the building at Novoberehova St, 90/51 to Arcadia Beach, 10.

To ensure safety during the work, access for bicycles and pedestrians will be TEMPORARILY restricted along the Health Trail from traverse No. 2 to the residential complex «Marine Symphony» with appropriate signage installed.

Consequently, traffic will be redirected from Arcadia Alley along the upper tier of the promenade, then through the adjacent territory of «Marine Symphony» leading back to the Health Trail (as per the provided scheme).

Currently, the coastal reinforcement complex is failing to protect the area and walkway due to prolonged exposure to the waves of the Black Sea. The integrity of the concrete elements has been compromised, leading to the erosion of the stone foundation and overall structural damage.

Work on this section of the coastal zone will be carried out in sections of 30-50 meters. To ensure the comfort of vacationers, the transportation of building materials and debris will be conducted at night (from 9 PM to 8 AM).

According to the contract with the contracting organization, the planned completion date for the work is December 31, 2026. However, if extreme weather conditions are absent during the winter months, the contractor aims to finish by the end of May 2026.
