The Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, visited the residential complex on Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 32, at the invitation of the residents of the HOA «White House».

On September 30, 2025, during severe weather, the parking lot of the complex was completely flooded, causing significant damage to the electrical, water, and heating systems, as well as the fire safety measures of the 24-story building.

At the Mayor's request, energy companies were able to temporarily restore power to the building while the essential systems are being repaired.

«We are immensely grateful to the construction company “Stikon” for stepping in and purchasing the necessary electrical equipment for this building. Pumps are currently being installed to ensure water supply to the upper floors. I have been assured that water will return to residents by Thursday. However, full restoration of heating and fire safety systems will take more time,» emphasized Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.

The building on Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 32 was damaged during an enemy attack in February this year. The children's clinic and kindergarten were also affected. Currently, projects for the restoration of these two facilities are undergoing examination. The demolition of the kindergarten building is underway, with plans to construct a new one in its place.
