The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest» have started the preparatory work for the city's greenery for the winter season.

This autumn, Odesa plans to plant 1,064 young trees, which will be provided with a root ball for better adaptation. Specifically, 330 saplings (white acacia, maple, common ash, Japanese sophora, western plane) will be planted in the places of removed stumps.

The tree planting will commence around early November.

Additionally, the gardeners have already begun preparing the greenhouses at the «Troyanda» site for winter. The greenhouses operate year-round, and currently, they are engaged in planting annual seeds, preparing firewood, and covering the greenhouses with plastic film.

From the beginning of November, the enterprise will also start the conservation of the irrigation systems for the winter period. «Miskzelentrest» manages about 50 irrigation systems located in various districts of the city, including parks and squares.
