In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service Cheriomushki» undertook essential repair work on buildings under its management. 

At the request of residents, specialists from «HCS Cheriomushki» performed several repair works, including: roof repairs covering 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of gutters - 60 linear meters; repair of one entrance; replacement of central heating pipes - 234 linear meters; cold water supply pipe repairs - 188 linear meters; storm sewer repairs - 20 meters; electrical network repairs - 880 linear meters; current repair of the sewage system - 500 linear meters. 

Additionally, in response to the consequences of hostile attacks, glazing of entrances in apartment buildings was completed, covering an area of 50 sq.m. 

Moreover, the company’s janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, removing litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).

Furthermore, the municipal workers mow grass, trim trees, clean fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns around the buildings they serve. They participate in citywide clean-up days as needed, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of attacks.
