In 2024, the communal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Porto-François» carried out a project aimed at updating the infrastructure of residential buildings under its management.

At the request of residents, specialists of the enterprise performed various repair works, including: roofing repairs - 3682 sq. m; restoration of drainage systems - 731 linear m; repairs of driveways - 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt pavement in yards - 101.13 sq. m; repairs of entrance halls - 1695 sq. m; central heating systems - 1023 linear m; cold water supply systems - 1361 linear m; electrical networks - 1769 linear m; glazing windows - 131 sq. m; repair of arch entrances - 1 building.

Additionally, the enterprise’s janitors maintain cleanliness in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, collecting litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

The communal services also engage in grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf cleanup, and the maintenance of flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup days, eliminate illegal dumping sites, and mitigate the aftermath of hostile attacks.
