In 2024, the Community Service Company «Fontansky» successfully completed a series of repairs in the buildings under its management.
Throughout the year, 1245 requests from residents were processed.
According to the residents' requests, the specialists of the company carried out the following works: roof repairs covering 14820 sq.m; restoration of water supply systems over 3540 p/m; repairs of sewage systems – 2275 p/m; repairs and/or replacement of drain pipes – 1810 p/m; electrical works, including replacement of electrical cables and inspection of electrical panels, were conducted in 231 buildings, with electrical wiring replacement totaling 5865 p/m.
In preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were carried out in 156 residential buildings, with a length of 1115 p/m, along with the replacement of 89 cast iron valves.
Employees of the «Fontansky» Community Service Company also actively participated in eliminating the consequences of enemy attacks, conducting inspections and documenting damages, closing damaged windows with film, and cleaning up the surrounding areas. The roof at Shevchenko Avenue, 8b was fully renovated, covering an area of 850 sq.m.
Additionally, the company’s specialists completed numerous construction works, including installing doors in basements, filling in collapses, restoring canopies over entrances, repairing entrance groups, and reinforcing gates, painting entrance doors, repairing stairs, galleries, ceilings, floors, skylights, and windows, among others.
Every day, the company’s janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories, performing cleaning, sweeping, emptying trash bins, and washing containers.
They also mow grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings serviced by the company. If necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days and eliminate illegal dump sites.
During the preparations for the winter season, an additional 97 tons of sand-salt mixture were purchased, along with 60 units of snow removal equipment.
