The heating season in Odesa is about to begin. The specialists of the Utility Company «Housing and Communal Services» are completing the preparation of internal heating systems.

Right after the last heating season ended in spring 2024, the Utility Company «Housing and Communal Services» started preparing the central heating systems for the 2024-2025 season.

As part of the preparations, experts are conducting repair and maintenance work on heating equipment and checking the accuracy of heat energy metering devices.

Employees of the Utility Company are also flushing the equipment, restoring thermal insulation, and ensuring the sealing of engineering inputs.

Experts have conducted hydraulic tests of the internal central heating systems and are fine-tuning the heating networks for uninterrupted operation in residential buildings.

After the maintenance work is completed, the systems will be filled with chemically purified water under pressure, and the inlet valves will be closed.

With the start of the heating season, plumbers will sequentially open the valves in the buildings, which usually takes some time before the heat reaches the residents' homes.
