A new career center called «Women Empowerment» is operating in Odesa. This initiative aims to assist women who have experienced domestic or gender-based violence in finding employment and starting their own businesses.

By reaching out to the «Women Empowerment» center, women can:

• schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
• receive psychological support through referrals from the career advisor during their employment journey;
• enroll in free courses that provide new knowledge and skills, as well as participate in training sessions to enhance professional abilities.

«Women Empowerment» is a collaborative project of the Odesa City Council and international organizations operating in Ukraine.
