In the evening of March 1, the city of Odesa faced a ballistic attack. At 5:44 PM, an air raid alert was sounded, followed by an explosion just three minutes later. This information was reported by the regional military administration.
As a result of the attack, port infrastructure was damaged along with a civilian vessel flying the flag of Panama, owned by a European company. Two port workers were injured.
«All relevant services are working on mitigating the aftermath, and medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the injured,» stated OVA head Oleg Kiper.
