On the occasion of Defender's Day, a series of themed events took place in the educational institutions of Odesa.

Specifically, students participated in: courage and memory lessons titled «Dignity and Honor of Ukrainians», presentations, round tables, documentary screenings, and exhibitions of children's drawings and creative works titled «I am a descendant of Cossacks».

Additionally, young Odesans engaged in sports competitions «We are the children of the Cossack lineage», charity events titled «Thank you, defenders of Ukraine», workshops «Amulet for the Ukrainian soldier», patriotic flash mobs «In unity, there is our strength!», and meetings with military personnel.

The school libraries organized thematic literature exhibitions.

The events aimed to promote national-patriotic education among children and youth, as well as to popularize the heroism of military feats.

Eternal glory to those who defend our homeland, and eternal memory to those who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine.
