In October 2024, the international creative competition «Professional Success» was held, organized by the International Innovative Center «PERRSPEKTIVA PLUS».

Teachers and students from the Peresyp district of Odesa participated, achieving first places in the following categories:
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Physical Education in Preschool Institutions during Distance Learning Using Modern Technologies» - Preschool Institution «Yasla-Sadok» No. 295;
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Continuity of the New Ukrainian School and Preschool Education. Interaction. Innovations», «Patriotic Education» - Preschool Institution «Yasla-Sadok» No. 232;
- «Song Marathon» in the category «Preschoolers» for the «Pop and Jazz Singing» nomination - Preschool Institution «Yasla-Sadok» No. 121 of combined type.

The purpose of the competition was to create conditions for the development of intellectual and creative potential among educators, involving them in scientific activities and enhancing their professional qualifications.

Additionally, in October, Preschool Institution «Kindergarten» No. 45 received a grant for the development of robotics and STEM education in Ukraine - First LegoLeague. A memorandum of cooperation was signed for 5 years.

Teachers of the institution also underwent training in Kyiv and received trainer certificates for implementing First LegoLeague programs in educational institutions.

This project will provide numerous opportunities for the development of children's creative abilities, teaching them to understand spatial relationships, differentiate shapes, analyze, compare, and generalize.
