Despite the challenges of wartime, the regional stage of the XV International Language and Literature Competition named after Taras Shevchenko was successfully conducted in person, and 64 top experts of the brilliant poet's heritage have been identified.

We are also proud of the winners from Odesa region: Avangardivska, Nerubayska, Novoborysivska, Velykomykhailivska, Usativska, Artsizka, Velykodalnytska, Plakhtiivska, Borodinska, as well as the cities of Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.

Participants were not only schoolchildren. Students from vocational and higher educational institutions also showed excellent results, including:

• Odesa College of Computer Technologies ODEKU
• Odesa College of Arts named after K.F. Dankevych

A total of 188 participants took part in the competition, but only 64 were awarded the title of winners.
