Today, May 12, during a social media monitoring, police discovered a video showing a conflict between two women. One claimed that the other allowed her dog to relieve itself near the memorial for fallen defenders of Ukraine, responding to remarks with obscene gestures.

After registering this information, police conducted an investigation and found that the incident occurred this morning, with the dog's owner being a 41-year-old local resident.

Law enforcement identified the violator's location and filed two reports against her under Part 1 of Article 154 (violation of dog keeping regulations) and Article 173 (minor hooliganism) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The woman faces penalties ranging from a fine to arrest.
