On July 26-27, the Odesa Film Studio will host the Odesa Comic Wave festival, bringing together fans of comics, anime, video games, and cosplay from all over Ukraine. The event is organized by the charity fund 'Trymay'.

What to expect at the festival?

Attendees will dive into a vibrant fantasy world filled with interactive entertainment, hundreds of cosplayers, themed markets, and a packed schedule of events. The festival grounds will feature interactive photo zones, a themed market, gaming areas with VR, console games, and esports tournaments, as well as tabletop gaming zones. There will also be a food court, workshops, lectures, quests, and a large charity market.

Key events include a colorful cosplay parade, K-pop cover dance performances, and a Pets Cosplay parade. Visitors will also have the chance to win prizes from festival partners.

The organizers of Odesa Comic Wave highlighted that this year's event has a charitable focus, with part of the activities aimed at supporting children with mental disorders, animal shelters, and fundraising for the needs of Ukrainian defenders.
