The Odessa Regional Clinical Oncology Center has proudly inaugurated a new state-of-the-art CT scanner, marking a significant advancement in the fight against cancer.

This advanced equipment will greatly enhance the accessibility and efficiency of early cancer diagnostics for patients in the region.

Thanks to the support from the Odessa Regional State Administration and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the center has acquired cutting-edge technology that enables:

• early detection of tumors
• precise treatment planning
• effective monitoring of treatment progress

In the initial days of operation, the CT scanner has already conducted examinations for twelve patients, including:

• for initial cancer screening
• in the context of post-chemotherapy follow-up
• with suspicion of metastatic lesions
• as part of volunteer medical support

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for providing our region with modern medical equipment. This scanner is not just a new machine; it is a tool that is already saving lives today.
