In Odesa Regional Clinical Hospital, a significant donor organ retrieval took place, enabling the lives of four patients from different cities in Ukraine to be saved. The press service of the hospital reported this news.
Medical professionals from Odesa Regional Clinical Hospital, in collaboration with teams from the Ministry of Health's Heart Institute and the National Scientific Center for Surgery and Transplantology named after O.O. Shalimov, successfully conducted the transplant.
The operation saved the lives of a 60-year-old man and three women aged 41, 46, and 59.
