In an effort to implement innovative digital technologies in the healthcare sector, the Odesa City Council has entered into a cooperation agreement with the leading medical information system Helsi.

This agreement will facilitate the development of medical services for both doctors and patients, as well as the implementation of modern solutions to improve communication between healthcare institutions and citizens. As a result, medical reports can be generated more quickly and in a more user-friendly format, reducing manual work and enabling faster decision-making in the healthcare field.

Another significant aspect of this collaboration is the creation of a convenient digital service for the medical support of veterans. The partnership with Helsi allows for a clear process to access medical services for veterans: online registration, a logical sequence of steps, and organized support within connected institutions. This minimizes bureaucracy and enhances service delivery.

Furthermore, there are plans to actively inform Odesa residents about the National Program "Screening 40+" and to create accessible conditions for its utilization through push notifications and online appointment scheduling at convenient medical facilities.

This partnership is about practical changes: less waiting, more accessibility, transparent processes, and modern services for people," emphasized Olena Kolodenko, the director of the Odesa Health Department.
