Rehabilitation is essential after surgeries, injuries, prolonged treatments, or illnesses. The National Health Service of Ukraine emphasizes that everyone is entitled to free outpatient rehabilitation assistance, regardless of their place of residence.

The medical guarantee program includes free rehabilitation under the package "Rehabilitation Assistance for Adults and Children in Outpatient Settings." Internally displaced persons can choose any institution in Kyiv that has a contract with the NHSU to provide this service. However, before applying, an electronic referral must be obtained from a family or attending physician.
