Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman visited the newly established integrated psychological support center in the Kyiv district. Family doctors are on duty here, and a robust consultative-diagnostic center operates alongside an outreach palliative service. Residents of Odessa and visitors to the city can access the full range of outpatient care and psychological support at this center.

Thanks to funding from the Odessa city budget and agreements with the National Health Service of Ukraine, family outpatient clinics and day hospitals of the primary health care center have been renovated, and the surgical unit of the consultative-diagnostic center has been updated.

Today, at this healthcare facility, as well as in other medical institutions in Odessa, an event is being held - the Day of Awareness and Care for Mental Health, initiated by the city’s Department of Health.

“We are working to create comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff in this key outpatient facility in the Kyiv district. The city budget has already allocated funds for further renovations and modernization of the institution,” - stated Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman.
