This morning, November 5th, a tragic incident took place in Odesa on Lustdorf Road. Medical personnel reported that a child was injured.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene. 
It has been preliminarily established that a resident of the Bereziv district visited her older son with her five-year-old daughter. While the mother was in another room, the girl reached the windowsill, opened the window, and fell from the sixth floor of the apartment building. Medical staff rushed the child to the hospital.
Authorities are investigating to determine the full circumstances of the incident. Legal qualification is being considered.
The police urge parents to ensure the safety of their children. To prevent such occurrences, do not leave children unattended, and if possible, install special locking handles, stoppers, or limiters on windows.
