Ukraine's Digital Services: New Opportunities by 2026

The Ukrainian government has unveiled an action plan involving 25 state bodies to enhance access to online services through the Diia platform and other electronic services. Our goal is to ensure that every Ukrainian has easy access to services without paperwork and waiting lines.

The digitalization will affect over 30 sectors, including education, healthcare, veteran social protection, military services, construction, and customs. Planned changes include the state registration of marriage dissolution and death, as well as the ability to take the theoretical driving test remotely. We are also working on simplifying customs services to reduce bureaucracy and corruption.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to implement digital solutions for citizen convenience, allowing faster access to services without unnecessary time expenditure. Our aim is to create a more digital state and make services even more accessible.
