The online ticket sales platforms of Ukrzaliznytsia are functioning smoothly.

This has been reported by the company's press service.

"We have successfully transitioned to a new platform, ensuring proper security and are actively restoring our services," the statement reads.

As noted by the company, access to trip planning with transfers has been restored in the mobile application.

Throughout the day, electronic boards displaying train schedules will also be gradually restored at stations.

"There are no queues at the station ticket counters," the company added.

On March 23, a large-scale cyberattack occurred on Ukrzaliznytsia, disrupting almost all online services.

On March 27, the online ticket sales system was restored in a backup format for purchasing new tickets and processing returns.
