Due to the construction of the European railway line on the section Chop — Uzhhorod, Ukrzaliznytsia has modified the routes of passenger trains from Odesa, Poltava, and Kremenchuk to Mukachevo. This has affected trains heading to Uzhhorod.

Ukrzaliznytsia advises passengers to plan their trips to the Transcarpathian region in advance.

Passengers from Odesa can reach Uzhhorod via Lviv by choosing train No. 12/11 Odesa — Lviv.

Additionally, for passenger convenience, Ukrzaliznytsia has opened pre-sale of tickets for extra cars on trains No. 59/60 Kyiv — Uzhhorod and No. 45/46 Kharkiv — Uzhhorod on the route Lviv — Uzhhorod — Lviv, which will run through Sambir — Sianky.

Tickets are already on sale, easily processed through requests with transfers on the website, in the Ukrzaliznytsia mobile app, and at the railway ticket offices of the stations.
