Today, May 21, 2025, an important online meeting was held in Odessa, chaired by Deputy Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Natalia Kozlovska. 

City council representatives participated, including First Deputy Mayor of Odessa Oleksandr Filatov, Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vuhelman, and advisor to the mayor on barrier-free space Oleksiy Morozov, along with heads of executive bodies and specialized departments. 

The participants discussed the progress of the "Barrier-Free Movement" project and the status of work on the inclusive tram route "North-South". 

Key points of discussion included the technical aspects of route implementation and the adaptation of infrastructure for people with disabilities, veterans, and other mobility-impaired groups. 

Special attention was given to inter-agency coordination. The "Barrier-Free Movement" project is part of the national barrier-free strategy, which Odessa is actively involved in implementing.
