The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has introduced a new feature in the "Diia" app — now Ukrainians can replace their vehicle registration certificates completely online. This will be useful in case of loss, damage, or when changing license plates, as well as transitioning to a digital format.

To use this service, go to the "Diia" app, select the Services → Driver → Replace Vehicle Registration section, sign the application, and choose the convenient delivery method for your new document — either through a post office or by courier from Ukrposhta.

This service is available for vehicle owners who meet the following criteria:

• aged 18 and older;
• have a tax number (TIN) in "Diia";
• have a biometric document (ID card or residence permit) in "Diia";
• vehicle registered in their name.

The service operates without the need to visit an MVS service center.
