An inspection of the accessibility of bus stations took place in Odessa, organized by the Council for Barrier-Free Environment.

As part of the city infrastructure monitoring focused on the needs of mobility-impaired citizens, experts visited four major bus stations:

• Bus Station «Starosinna»;
• Bus Station «AV Pryvoz»;
• Bus Station «Pryvokzalna»;
• Central Bus Station.

During the inspection, significant issues were identified that hinder access for people with disabilities and other mobility-impaired individuals.

All noted deficiencies were documented for further collaboration with the management of the bus stations to eliminate barriers.

The Council for Barrier-Free Environment continues its active efforts to create comfortable and safe conditions for all city residents.
