The "e-Restoration" service will be offline on the portal and in the "Diia" app due to scheduled maintenance of state registries from 8:00 PM on September 13 to 8:00 AM on September 15.

This was reported by the Ministry of Community Development and Territories.

"From 8:00 PM on September 13, 2025, to 8:00 AM on September 15, 2025, the State Enterprise “NAIS” will conduct technical maintenance of the state registries of the Ministry of Justice. Since these registries are used for property rights verification, the "e-Restoration" service will not be operational on the portal and in the "Diia" app during this period," the official statement says.

The state compensation program "e-Restoration" has been operating in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted approximately 166,500 applications for compensation for damaged housing. More than 108,000 individuals have received payments totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
