Ukraine observes Tank Forces Day on September 14.

This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal via Telegram.

"Tank units are the steadfast shield of Ukraine. The speed, skill, and resilience of our tank crews are what the enemy fears most", Shmyhal emphasized.

"Dear warriors! In the toughest moments, you display true heroism. You have quickly adapted to new equipment provided to Ukraine by our allies. Your experience sets an example for the free world", Shmyhal addressed the soldiers.

He expressed gratitude to Ukrainian tankers for their daily bravery and professionalism.

"Eternal memory to those who sacrificed everything in the battles for Ukraine and its people", he added.

We remind you that the President of Ukraine established Tank Forces Day by his decree on September 9, 2023, to be celebrated annually on September 14.
