In Ukraine, 96 train stations have established resilience points where passengers can charge their devices for free and access the internet. This was announced by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development via Telegram.
«At 96 railway stations across the country, resilience points are operational. Every traveler and local resident can charge their gadgets for free, enjoy hot tea, and use free internet via Starlink,» the statement said.
It is emphasized that these points are stocked with fuel and consumables to ensure that generators operate reliably even during prolonged power outages.
Additionally, thermoses for preparing hot drinks and blankets are available at these points.
Moreover, 50 stations have dedicated children's corners where young passengers can rest and entertain themselves while waiting for their trains.
