On October 16, the monobank mobile app faced disruptions due to excessive load. Users are unable to access the service, as reported by co-founder Oleg Grokhovsky.
Currently, clients cannot utilize the mobile app's features – an error message appears during login attempts.
Monobank had previously announced reaching 10 million clients and launched a new game called “lemon hunting” within its app.
The demand was so high that in just the first 10 minutes, 10,000 users found 10 “lemons”, causing server overload.
“Listen, you can search for them a bit slower. Part of the functionality has crashed because of you,” Grokhovsky stated.
