The State Agency for «Gaming Oversight» has announced a tender for the creation of a registry for individuals prohibited from participating in gambling activities. This information was disclosed by the agency's press service on Telegram.
«Our goal is to establish a modern and safe system that is accessible for those looking to protect themselves or their loved ones from gambling addiction», the statement reads. 

Key changes include:

• a personal account for submitting self-restriction applications;
• integration with the Diia portal and online systems of gambling organizers;
• enhanced protection of personal data.

The agency emphasized that the registry is a crucial step towards implementing responsible gaming and developing a safe gambling market in Ukraine.
The deadline for submitting proposals is October 26, 2025.
The expected budget is up to 1.7 million UAH.
The agency noted that the registry is to be updated by December 15, 2025.
