• Review of tax policies to increase revenues.
• 20% of funds allocated for shelters.
• Co-financing of educational and healthcare projects.
• Monitoring land lease payments.

School Nutrition Reform

• Renovation of 13 cafeterias (5 are 70% complete).
• Hot meals for 103,000 students in 655 schools.
• 850 cooks trained in new standards.
• 245 million UAH allocated for modernization.

Veteran Policy Development

• Support for 72,454 veterans.
• Veteran spaces in Odesa, Dobroslav, and other communities (6 more planned).
• Provision of housing, rehabilitation, legal and medical assistance.
• Integration of veterans into communities.

Healthcare

• Modernization of medical facilities and equipment procurement.
• Co-financing for secondary medical care.
• Support for community hospitals and creation of comfortable conditions for medical staff.

Conclusions: development of infrastructure, support for communities, and priority sectors to improve the quality of life for residents of the region.
