New Online Registration System for MVS Service Centers

image

Starting March 4, all Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers will implement a new online registration system called E-registration. The goal of this innovation is to fully automate management and prevent any external interference.

Appointments for services at 47 major MVS service centers, which will connect to the new E-registration system as of March 4, will be available three weeks in advance, starting from March 25. Each day, the system will generate appointments for the following date. For example, on March 5, appointments will be available for March 26, on March 6 for March 27, and so on.

Pre-registration is available for the following services:

  • theoretical exam;
  • practical exam;
  • vehicle registration;
  • driver’s license exchange/international driver’s license.

Note: the number of online registrations is limited. An individual can make 4 registrations via E-registration in a given month. For legal entities, the limit is 4 registrations per day.

If necessary, online registration can be canceled in the E-registration system no later than 2 hours before the scheduled time of service stated during registration.

Additionally, please note: if a citizen fails to appear for service at an MVS service center 4 times within a month and does not cancel their online registrations, they will be blocked from the E-registration system.

Consultations regarding MVS service center services can be obtained by calling (044) 290-19-88 or through the official pages of the Main Service Center of MVS on Facebook and Instagram. For answers to frequently asked questions and useful information, please visit our website.
