Art Therapy for Veterans in Odesa: A Creative Event Focused on Achieving Dreams.

 In the veterans' hub of Odesa, a gathering took place themed «Dreams, Goals, and Their Realization».

 Veterans and their families engaged in painting and discussing how to turn their dreams into reality. Using art therapy practices and mindfulness techniques, participants connected with themselves, relieved stress, and crafted their own good luck talismans.

 The event was led by psychologist and art therapist Polina Berezyuk.
